Most orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your parcel, provided the items are unused and in their original, resalable condition, including all original packaging.
Please note: Due to their personalized nature, custom-made and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there is an error on our part. As these items are created specifically for you, they cannot be resold to another customer.

Please note that custom-made and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you change your mind, as they are created specifically for you. However, if your personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error in the customization, we will gladly replace it or resolve the issue at no additional cost.
