Products with verified eco-certifications and independently published test results typically achieve the highest scores. We ship worldwide. Your order will be packaged really carefully and delivered wherever you want. Delivery takes between 2-4 business days depending on the product. You will receive an email after ordering with more information about the delivery.
Most orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your parcel, provided the items are unused and in their original, resalable condition, including all original packaging.
Please note: Due to their personalized nature, custom-made and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there is an error on our part. As these items are created specifically for you, they cannot be resold to another customer.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect personalized item, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, and we'll be happy to make it right.
We take great care to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. If your item, or any part of it, arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage so we can review the issue and arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund where appropriate.
For standard (non-personalized) products, returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused and in their original, resalable condition.
Please note that custom-made and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you change your mind, as they are created specifically for you. However, if your personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error in the customization, we will gladly replace it or resolve the issue at no additional cost.
